Exhibiting company description and logo request for exhibitors’ guide

We will distribute an exhibitors’ guide at Strategic Space and Defense, which will include all exhibiting companies’ brief company descriptions and logos. The deadline for all company descriptions and logos is 1 September. See below for specific information pertaining to past or new exhibitors.

Previous Strategic Space and Defense exhibitors:

If we do not hear from you by 1 September, we will use your most recent description and logo on file — please make sure this information is current. If you would like to review the description that we have on file, please send your request via e-mail to exhibitorservices@spacefoundation.org.

New exhibiting companies: The following information is required by 1 September in order for your company to be included in the conference exhibitors’ guide. The requested description and logo information is required in the following format.

  • 50-words or less company/organization description– The description may describe what you’ll be displaying at your booth or be a brief narrative of your company. Please be mindful of the length restrictions as anything exceeding 50 words will be shortened. Please send your 50-word description by 1 September to exhibitorservices@spacefoundation.org.
  • Black and white .eps logo AND a color .eps logo – STRONGLY PREFERRED FORMAT

If an .eps file is not available, a black and white 300 dpi .tiff logo AND a color .tiff logo will suffice. Please do not send any logos in a Word or PowerPoint format. We cannot use them. Please send logos by 1 September to exhibitorservices@spacefoundation.org. We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to working with you at Strategic Space and Defense 2008.
