Cancellations received in writing by 5 September 2008, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be processed after 5 September 2008.
A registration may be transferred for a processing fee of $100 through 19 September 2008. No transfers processed after that date. All Transfers will be charged the current registration rate plus the processing fee.
