Brig. Gen. Tip Osterthaler, USAF (Retired)
President and Chief Executive Officer, AMERICOM Government Services
Mr. Osterthaler is president and chief executive officer of AMERICOM Government Services. Previously, he was deputy general manager of the Strategies, Simulation and Training Business Unit at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) and a senior vice president. Prior to joining SAIC, Osterthaler served in the United States Air Force, retiring as a brigadier general and deputy assistant secretary of defense for European and NATO Policy. Osterthaler earned a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M University.
