Lt. Col. Jeff Cox, USAF

Air Force Weather Agency

Colonel Cox is the director of Operations, Training and Evaluations (A3), Air Force Weather Agency, Offutt Air Force Base, Neb.  Previously, he was the deputy commander of 2nd Weather Group; commander, 30th Weather Squadron, Vandenberg Air Force Base, Calif.; chief, Space Operations Plans, Weather Plans Division; director of Operations and Training; and deputy chief of Staff for Air and Space Operations, Headquarters United States Air Force, Washington, D.C. Cox earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics and statistics from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio; a Bachelor of Science degree in meteorology from Pennsylvania State University; and a Master of Science degree in space physics from Utah State University.
